Device Storage Disclosure (TCF v2.2)
ThumbAd (TCF Vendor ID: 1460) uses device storage technologies in accordance with the IAB Europe Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF v2.2). This page discloses what we store or access on user devices and why, for each declared TCF purpose.
Storage technologies we use

Cookies (HTTP cookies) – used to remember choices and measure advertising performance.

We do not use other device storage mechanisms (e.g., localStorage) unless explicitly stated by the advertiser or partner for a given integration.
Retention

Unless otherwise specified, cookie storage is configured up to 12 months (31,536,000 seconds). Cookie refresh may occur upon renewed user interaction/consent where permitted.

Partner domains may appear when campaigns run through demand/supply partners; these partners must operate under a TCF-compliant CMP and respect user choices.

Storage used: Cookies (up to 12 months).
Reason: To enable ad selection with limited signals when consent is present.

Purpose 7 – Measure advertising performance
Storage used: Cookies (up to 12 months; may refresh).
Reason: To measure views, clicks, and downstream outcomes for aggregated performance metrics.

Purpose 9 – Understand audiences through statistics
Storage used: Cookies (up to 12 months).
Reason: To build aggregated, non-identifying audience statistics where permitted.

Purpose 10 – Develop and improve services
Storage used: Cookies (up to 12 months).
Reason: To improve campaign delivery, reporting quality, and platform features.
Respect for user choices

ThumbAd processes storage/access only in accordance with user choices captured via a TCF-compliant CMP and publisher restrictions.

If consent is denied (or a valid legal basis is not present), storage and access are not performed for the relevant purposes.
